What is doubt and how does it manifest?

Doubt is that nagging voice within us that questions our worth, our abilities, and our potential to do something or achieve a goal. It manifests itself as hesitation, fear of failure, and a constant feeling of not knowing enough. Whether because we are unsure of our decisions, because we feel unworthy of the opportunities we have, or because we fear the judgment of others, doubt can infiltrate various aspects of our lives and complicate it.

Doubt appears to us like a small being in our heads that constantly whispers insecurities to us, making us question every step we take. It gives us a feeling of uncertainty that, very often, appears just when we are about to take a leap of faith or pursue a new opportunity.
