Start Of The 6th Edition Of The Master In Talent Selection And Management (UMA)

In a few days the 6th edition of the University Master’s Degree in Talent Selection and Management organized by the University of Malaga will begin in collaboration with a large number of national leading companies in the Human Resources sector, which have been collaborating with the Master since the beginning of its journey.

These are companies that contribute their best professionals to our teaching staff to contribute their expertise, that offer students paid internships both curricular and extracurricular, giving them the opportunity for a practical and relevant application of what they have learned, that they bet on and hire our students… in short, companies very involved in contributing to the recognition that the Master has at the national level in the Human Resources sector.

Adapting the Master in Talent Management in Spain to the present

This year the challenges are high, starting with a strong adaptation to the measures that COVID-19 currently imposes. It has involved an effort to adapt in-person spaces to guarantee maximum security for incorporating streaming class monitoring and opting for virtual spaces with more resources and tools to ensure better communication and greater learning.

Another important challenge has been to carry out a tough selection of participants, since since the pre-writing period opened on April 1, 2020 with some uncertainty due to what was experienced in those moments of confinement, the interest of the candidates and it has involved a great effort to incorporate an excellent group that will begin the 20-21 academic year very soon.

Continuing with the contributions, In this edition we add the creation of a #TalentCommunity , made up of a large group of our former students, already professionals incorporated into the job market in our sector and who will later be joined by the students who will form the 6th edition that begins in the coming days. #ComunidadTalento was born with the purpose of creating a network of support and development among all students of the Master in Talent Selection and Management.

Furthermore, in each edition, and this one will not be different in this aspect, we strive to adapt with the greatest flexibility to a sector and a labor market in constant evolution, incorporating, as it could not be otherwise, current topics and content
