EEC Launches The International Intensive Executive Coaching Certification Program
European Coaching School, an entity specialized in training in coaching and leadership processes, has launched an international version of the Intensive Executive Coaching Certification Program
This edition combines online and in-person modalities, and part of its sessions will take place in Chile and Argentina
What is the EEC International Intensive Executive Coaching Certification Program like?
This initiative aimed at training leaders to carry out their work in organizational contexts is based on experiential training and individual support from experts. To achieve this, this Accredited Training Program (ACTP) uses the advantages of combining in-person and online sessions (via real-time video transmission), and takes place in two Latin American countries: first Chile and then Argentina.
This is a training proposal divided into three blocks. The first begins on May 6, 2019 in Santiago de Chile ; The second is online, begins at the end of May and contains both theory elements and practice sessions; and the third and last, in-person, takes place in Buenos Aires in the month of December.
The double objective of this program is divided into teaching the necessary knowledge to incorporate coaching skills into the dynamics of a company and enhance communication and leadership skills, on the one hand, and training as a professional coach, on the other. All this from training sessions in which the culture of learning is promoted, and with the guarantee that it is a program designed and executed by EEC, an entity that has worked with more than 300 companies from several countries and has trained more than 15,000 professionals internationally.
Upon completion of this program, students receive a degree such as ACTP certification by the International Coach Federation (ICF) This is especially useful when working in companies, since it is a reflection of having gone through a fundamentally applied training process in which emphasis is placed on the organizational needs of work teams in the professional field.
Therefore, it is a program aimed primarily at managers, executives, middle managers, HR professionals and consultants, and psychologists, as well as non-certified coaches.
