Look In Art For The Way To Feel

What is the importance of expressing? What is the importance of words? What is the importance of feeling? What is the importance of thinking?

Look in art for the way to feel

Reflecting our desires and our fears is a way of feeling that we can preserve the emotion of living, it is a way of not erasing from our minds what we believe and only when the vast majority of us give up, do we lose. Perhaps only if we do not force ourselves to be adults too soon will we understand that the meaning of life is not in the marked and pre-established patterns. But in our intuition, that atrophied ability that ends upwe forget over time and that when we lose it, we feel lost and forgotten. Anguish, anxiety, and the speed of life make us disconnect from what guides us to act.

Only by living at a pace, only at that pace will we sharpen our senses to pay attention to what it tells us.

And what is attention? Attention is silence, those thoughts that hurt us, that voice that we have forgotten, it is us revealing that it is not the world, but we who are responsible. We are noise, we are shadow, the one that makes us insensitive, the one that makes us vulnerable, the one that makes us hate, pretend and feel defeat.

It is precisely the fear of admitting it, the mark they left on us, the justification that they marked us. That distortion of reality that they taught us and that we live with, without knowing very well in what situation or at what moment it arrived and stagnated us.

If we accept the pain of feeling responsible, only if we endure even if it is not true, perhaps we will stop suffering and stop repeating the same story. Falling and living with our thoughts is a hard process, which we constantly avoid. And it is still the need of human beings to improve themselves and that it is not only criticism, but the peace of mind to act when others cannot.

We look for the world to help us in a dark sea, we look for people who ask to be saved to save us. We ask others to be strong when we stop being strong.

We know the answers, it just hurts.
