Learn To Value Time

Time is the common denominator in our lives, in our histories and our futures.

Can you give me a little of your time?

Time forges and shapes us according to what we live. Time proves us right in some things, but in others it rules us out Time surprises us and makes us value it when we look back. All those things that we have done in the past, that we would not have even imagined moments before they happened. Therefore, it is a very precious commodity. Time cannot be bought, exchanged or sold.

Value those people who dedicate time to you, or rather, who dedicate time to you. Whatever the way, without stopping to measure; duration, frequency or quality. That they give you time means that you also accept it, and therefore you agree to receive it

We are so immersed in immediate or short-term objectives that we do not pay attention to the time between starting and achieving those objectives. For example, how many of us go to work in a hurry, distracting ourselves with our cell phone until we reach our subway stop or paying attention to our ears to quickly escape the reality of everyday life and reach our destination?

Observation

Capture all that information that is around us, be it streets, landscapes, people, gestures… All that information is inputs for our brain. You can learn a lot about what people need, how they feel or what they can tell you. transmit the looks

Proprioception

Give more importance to how or what we feel at each moment. Whether it’s rapid breathing, tense shoulders, or a rumbling in your belly. Try to think about what can make us feel this way and give some response to that need (breathe deeply, do a rotating shoulder movement, eat something…).

Gratitude

Even if we have better days than others, others don’t deserve us to transmit those bad vibes. Therefore, be grateful and try to be nice to others as you would like them to be to you. Not only for them, but for how you will feel after doing it. Be polite and smile more and you will find that they smile at you more than you thought, if not, don’t worry as your vibes and attitude will be better as well.

So, spend time everything that makes you happy , fulfilled or simply calm and at ease with yourself. All those activities that make you enjoy the time you dedicate to them, those that you do not perceive time and in which you would spend hours and days seeming like minutes.

The importance of connecting with the people around us

Spend time with those people who make you lose track of time, talking about everything and talking about nothing. Those that tend to be perennial over time no matter how often you see them. To those others who are punctual, but intense. That give you strength, desire, hopes and experiences. All of them form your trajectory, your life path.
