Mental And Emotional Training: What Is It And How Does It Help Us?

Mental and emotional training

The brain is an organ that is made up of frontal lobes, these lobes are in charge of mental, cognitive, emotional and behavioral functions.

Growing as people

It is of great importance to have adequate mental and emotional training since this allows us to grow as people in areas such as; personal, family, work, school, couple.

It is important to know a little about what happens inside us; so below you will find a brief explanation of what happens inside people.

How to train emotions

The role of the brain lobes

There are areas of the brain that are responsible for certain behaviors that we have, so it is essential to know them in order to understand ourselves.

frontal lobe

It is responsible for making people reason or analyze thoughts, emotions, as well as behaviors. Good training in this area will help us make assertive decisions. It is responsible for making decisions, it helps not to act impulsively. The frontal lobe helps us modulate irrational and emotional, as well as impulsive, behaviors. A good functioning frontal lobe allows us to think before acting, analyze our possible solutions, and also helps us think about the consequences of our actions.

parietal lobe

It helps us control the sensations we have, as well as helps creativity, it gives us ideas for solving problems, it is responsible for having good spatiality, being able to see things, situations or objects and giving them movement with our mind, it helps us to choose the best route on our way. Good training helps us plan in such a way that there are fewer risks in our planning

Temporal lobe

It is responsible for controlling memory, it provides us with a balance in the reception and output of our speech, it helps us connect lingual reasoning and understanding, on a high level, it helps us control behavior when we are able to speak to ourselves themselves. Good training helps you analyze what we are talking about, think before speaking.

occipital lobe

It controls vision and is responsible for maintaining balance in our movements and behavior. Good training in this area allows us to conduct our behavior in a balanced manner according to our plans.

Conclusions

Brain functions are independent in their main execution, however each one is linked to the other. For example; If the frontal part makes decisions, the parietal part provides the solution options, once we give a problem to the frontal lobe to decide, what happens is that it is the parietal lobe that gives the solution options, so the lobe frontal with the help of the parietal perfects the solution that has to be decided.

Thanks to this dynamic, we can develop in the best possible way, brain functions are stimulated to be able to remove blockages, or create and develop skills that are necessary.
