How to overcome difficulties and build a future

On many occasions we have heard that for the individual the search for success is vital, understanding success beyond a high social or economic status. Considering it rather as plenitude, true inner greatness. This contains a set of elements that can range from having positive relationships to experiencing well-being, both at work and in the different areas in which you work, whether you are a father, mother, son, friend, brother, colleague, employee.. How does this personality develop?

The saying that “adversity strengthens us” shows that you can generate experiences, new resources and evolve on your path despite difficulties. Thus, being resilient develops. However, there are some people who possess certain traits or characteristics that protect them from typical stressful events. It is generally associated with a tendency to perceive potential traumatic events in a less threatening way.

These are the ones recognized as having a resistant personality, who manage both environmental evaluation mechanisms and more convenient coping skills. At the same time that they actually see the events as less threatening, they themselves remain more optimistic about their ability to cope. But be careful not to think that by avoiding the problem you think you have resolved the situation, because it will continue to be there. An interesting question would be: How to develop a resistant personality?

We need human contact, closeness with significant people; The reality of life is leading us to be increasingly alone and this does not help you either. Pay attention to how you lead your life, if your family is getting smaller, if your friends are no longer there, if the workday demands long hours.

    Or incongruously, you rely on technology to get closer, but you end up disconnected from those closest to you, or you simply cannot always replace the warmth of a personal encounter. What if we began to reconnect and find ways out of individualism and isolation? You would surely feel closer to a meaningful and productive life.
