Leave behind insecurity

All us We feel insecure ever. The first job, the first date … are occasions that make the security we have in ourselves disappear and we will find ourselves as scared children that we do not know how to handle. It can also happen that in some aspects of our life we feel great security in ourselves and less in others. The problem is when we feel this insecurity at all times and in all areas of our life, insecurity which is normally accompanied by a feeling of inability to deal with everyday situations.

Insecurity

This insecurity makes anyone who finds it very difficult take decisions because he does not trust his own criteria. He never knows if his ideas are good or not, if his reasoning is correct, if he will be doing well, etc., because he does not find that measure in itself. As a result of this, an almost paralyzing indecision can suffer, which leads her to avoid new situations or those in which her insecurity is more clear or let the others make the decisions for her, letting her life go, in a certain mode, drifting.

To gain security in ourselves we must start taking our own decisionsassuming the risk that sometimes they can be correct and sometimes not. Therefore, it is best to start with small issues in which an error in the decision does not imply a greater problem. Deciding, for example, what clothes or food we really like, regardless of the criteria of others, it will help us to make more complicated decisions.

We must also assume that we will never have guarantees of act of shape Correct, so we can only trust that the choice we make at every moment is the best. Learning to live with that insecurity and knowing that we have no right to make mistakes will allow us to overcome our insecurity.
